Exquisite Roofing put on our new roof three years ago. Last week, during a torrential rain, we had a small leak. They came out quickly to see what was wrong. The leak was caused by an old framing nail that had worked itself loose. Even though the leak wasn’t related to the roof they had installed, they quickly fixed it anyway.
